We founded Delux Lighting Designs with one goal in mind: giving our customers a fair, rewarding and enjoyable experience. If you receive damaged (or missing) goods we will endeavour to rectify the situation as quickly as possible. We must be informed all damaged goods within 48 hours.
Until we have received the returned item, you are responsible for its safekeeping. We will not be liable for any damage sustained to the fitting prior to this - it is your responsibility to ensure the packaging is adequate for the return transit.
If the package has been damaged in transit we will exchange the damaged item, at no cost to you, provided it has been sent back to us within 30 days of receipt.
In the unlikely event your fitting has/develops a fault we will promptly issue a refund, exchange or credit.
We test the fittings when returned to us, a replacement will be issued should a fault be found - If no fault is found the fitting will be returned to you.
To qualify for a replacement/refund on faulty/damaged goods, the fitting must be free of issues caused by neglect, misuse and accidental damage.
PLEASE NOTE: Fittings must be returned in their original packaging otherwise there will be a 25% restocking charge.
Shipping and Delivery
Due to COVID 19 some of our suppliers are experiencing freight and delivery issues. We aim to keep our lead-times given at the time of order and do everything possible to ensure this is kept. Our fittings are all checked for damage prior to shipping and we use approved delivery companies to ensure your fittings are delivered in good time without any mishaps.
Although we endeavour to show each of our fittings to the best of our ability, different screen resolutions, sizes etc may not reflect accurately the colour of the fitting. We may change images, dimensions etc at any time on the website.
If you wish to cancel an order placed, please do let us know as soon as possible, as we start the ordering process promptly and may not always be able to stop the dispatch of fittings.
